By accessing or using the Topick app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You must be at least 16 years old to use Topick. If you are between 13 and 15 years old, you may only use the Service with verifiable parental or guardian consent, as required under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local laws. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on Topick. By posting content, you grant Topick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to spam, phish, or transmit malware. Topick reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Topick name, logo, and all related branding are the exclusive property of TopickIn. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile Settings screen.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Topick does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
